SILVER Package

 

Silver Package - $300 a month -

First...take everything we provide in the Bronze package and then add to it that we will provide - A weekly training program. Instead of doing up your training program by the month, now I will have it done week to week. That means updates, changes, adjustments to keep up with your everyday life. If you miss a workout, get sick, go on a trip etc... I can adjust the week accordingly and get things back on track. This plan also gets you our personal training rates down from $75 per hour to $65 per hour.
