| Training Packages:
Drop-In: $30/session (note: limited availability, $50/month bike storage)
Once per Week: $110 ($40/month bike storage with this package)
This will give you between 4 and 5 computrainer workouts a month. Each workout is 90 minutes long. Pick any workout in the schedule and join in. You can reserve a spot in the newly redesigned Computrainer Studio through RPM's website if you have a valid RPM card. All classes are led by expert staff and you will be treated to an indoor training experience like no other. These 1.5 hour instructor led sessions will keep you seeing progress through the offseason. Once a week is a great way to get started with RDP.
Twice per Week: $230 (includes monthly bike storage)
For the more serious rider. Leave your bike with us and make training that much easier. Priority spot in the newly redesigned Computrainer Studio @ RPM. 2 x 1.5 hour instructor led sessions per week. The added variety will help you work on different strengths and weaknesses to make you a more complete rider. Great value when you leave your bike here.
Unlimited: $325 (includes monthly bike storage)
You are pretty dedicated and want to see some serious gains. Come as often as you like. Priority spot in the newly redesigned Computrainer Studio @ RPM. Unlimited 1.5 hour instructor led sessions which in combination will address all your needs. Benefit from a winter of quality training.
Private Group Sessions: $200
The Computrainer Studio @ RPM is available for private training sessions. It can be you, your club, team or group. Up to 8 Computrainers available. Train specifically for an upcoming event. Challenge your group to a race or time trial. Schedule a training session with the best coaching group in Ontario. 90 minute coached sessions can be booked at a time convienient for your group.
